The patient will either smile or frown as you treat them in the version 1 quizzes. In version 2, you can make your patient bleed (or hopefully, prevent it). And in version 3, you can administer pills to treat the patient.

In each version of the quiz, you have to get through all questions to completely cure the patient. Oh...and they don't all look pretty! The clients can get pretty gruesome, but you'll see.
