Your assignment is to create a DNA graphic image using either the free drawing software, Serif DrawPlus 4.0, or another program such as Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Windows Paint, etc. Although DrawPlus 4.0 is freeware, you will have to register to receive an unlock key for the program by e-mail. I got my key immediately but some have had to wait a few days.

Overview

You will create TWO images and both need to be saved in jpg, gif, or bmp format:

• Screen shot while you are working in the graphics program (ie. save it as "dna_screenshot.jpg")
• Final image of your DNA (ie. save it as "dna_final.jpg")

Submitting Your Images

When you have completed your images save them both on a USB flash/thumb drive and I will copy them right to my laptop on the day the assignment is due. Or you can submit your images on a CD. Please avoid floppy discs.
