The game perspective is a top-down view, navigation is with the arrow keys on your keyboard, and the questions are multiple-choice.

Your character will explore four levels of the intensive care unit of the hospital, treating patients that are secured behind laser-guarded doors, solving puzzles and defeating baddies.
